It wasn’t that long ago that a trip to the corner video shop was the most convenient way to get a movie. These days you can stay at home and get movies from a movie download site. Below is a sample of some of the movies you can find using movie download sites.
The Devil’s Advocate: Kevin Lomax has never lost a case. He then gets an offer to move to New York, and work for John Milton, at his prestigious firm. Once there, things start to very strange. As time goes on he comes to realize that John Milton is none other than the Devil himself.
Red Tomahawk: Commander Keel saves the town from the Sioux Indians in this Western film with lots of likable actors in the cast. Cast includes Howard Keel, Joan Caulfield, Broderick Crawford, Scott Brady, Wendell Corey, Richard Arlen, and Donald Barry. (82 minutes, 1967)
Above the Law: This is Steven Segal’s breakout movie. He plays a Chicago Police man who takes matters into his own hands. As the title implies, he is ‘above the law’. He uses his large body and martial arts skills to wreak havoc on the bad guys. Stars include Steven Segal, Pam Grier, and Sharon Stone. (1988 Action)
Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band: Try to link melodies from The Beatles’ classic album into some kind of tale line just doesn’t work; patterns range from reasonable to humiliating. As to The Bee Gees performing ability, well let’s just say that they are not the Beatles. Cast includes Peter Frampton, The Bee Gees, George Bums, Sandy Farina, and Steve Martin. (111 minutes, 1978)
A Few Good Men: Two Marines are being held responsible for the death of a fellow marine. They claim they were ordered to punish private Santiago, and his death was not intended. Lt. Daniel Kaffee will try to save the marines and get to the bottom of the case.
Bela Logosi Meets a Brooklyn Gorilla: Mitchell and Petrillo (Martin and Lewis hopefuls) are stranded on a small island, where Lugosi is carrying out odd trials and experiments. Cast includes Bela Lugosi, Duke Mitchell, Sammy Petrillo, Charlita, Muriel Landers, and Ramona the Chimp. (74 minutes, 1952)
Frequency: John Sullivan lost his father thirty years ago. He is still affected by the loss. Somehow with the use of his father’s old ham radio, he can communicate with his father, back when his father was still alive. He warns his father of the fire that would kill him. This saves his father but sets off new events that now must be resolved, or John’s mother will die.
Richard Pryor Live on the Sunset Strip: Pryor on Africa, sex, lawyers, his spouse, sex, Italian mobsters, more sex, and freebasing. Some of it’s ludicrous, some isn’t, however the audience is always shown tripled over with laughter. (82 minutes, 1982)
12 Monkeys: The year is 2035 and the human race has been nearly demolished. Only about 1% of the population has survived, and life on the surface of the planet is impossible. Scientists now send a reluctant man back in time, to try and stop the whole sequence of events before they get started.
If you’re looking for downloads, type in “Downloading Music” to a search engine, see if you find something good. Not all searches get the right result. If the first one fails to work out try another one. To get new search results type in “Movies To Download”.
